Twenty-third street

One of the best ways to get to know a place is to walk it.

Black shorts Willi Smith - Scarf top Zara - Black flats Wild Girl - Pink bag Tommy Hilfiger
It's exactly what I did today, walked one of the longest streets,
which took me more or less two hours.

It was so much more than I expected and then some.

So true!!! Every time I've moved to a new town or neighborhood or gone on a trip and stayed put for long in one area, I've started walking and exploring. I'm fortunate to have a good sense of direction and ability to remember a place quite well once I've seen it a time or two, so I find that doing so create permanent maps in my mind that are so handy (my mom and her mom are the first to say they're awful at having a sense of direction like this, so I feel all the more fortunate that I was blessed with one).

What a fun outfit! I love the colour of your bag! It's so cheerful, feminine and pretty - and summery, too. I always think of hot pink and summer as going hand-in-hand together.

Tons of hugs & happy Monday wishes,
♥ Jessica

Love your bright pink bag and top together! :)

I think you're right about walking too, although it takes longer you get to see so much more!

I managed to get lost in Melbourne once and ended up walking for about 2 hours (the GPS on my phone wasn't picking up where I was for some reason). I saw so many pretty things!

And luckily, found my destination in the end, and a friend who could show me the right way back to my hotel, it was only a 15 minute trip...once I knew where I was going!

Oh and in response to your question, I put all the clothes that leave my wardrobe in a big bag that I'm planning on donating. I might go through when it gets large and sell on ebay, or I might just bundle it all up and take it to the shelter. Most of the time I just end up giving it to the shelter! :)

Walking is indeed the best way to see a city, and get to know it, and get lost in it.

Love your pink bag, and I have a top with a very similar print I have not worn in ages...
